Terms of Use — Kid Happy Garden

1. Using the site

• Kid Happy Garden is for families, carers and teachers of children aged 2–7. Children should use it with a grown-up nearby.
• The free games, storybooks and videos are for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Digital products (PDFs, printables, packs)

• When you buy a digital product you get a personal licence: you may print it as many times as you need for your own family.
• Classroom licence: one teacher or one kindergarten group may print and use the product with their own children. Sharing the file with other teachers or schools needs a separate licence.
• You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or use the characters to make your own products.
• Right of withdrawal (EU/UK): digital products are delivered immediately. At checkout you agree that the download starts straight away and that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download has started. If a file is faulty or does not open, contact us and we will fix or refund it.
• Payment is handled by Stripe, through its Link service, which is the merchant of record for your order and charges any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout. Stripe's buyer terms apply to the payment.

3. Recipes and food activities

• Recipes and tasting activities are general ideas for families, not medical or nutrition advice for an individual child.
• A grown-up must always supervise. Check every recipe for allergies, choking risks and your child's age, and follow the safety notes on each recipe.
• If your child has allergies, a medical condition or feeding difficulties, ask your doctor or a dietitian first.

4. Characters and content

All characters, names, pictures, stories, music and texts are owned by Vexum packaging d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge or its licensors. Kid Happy Garden, Happy Garden and Happy Farm are our brand names. Some pictures and voices are made with AI tools and edited by people.

5. Accounts (when available)

Accounts, if offered, are for grown-ups only. You are responsible for your account and what you store in it.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep facts correct and activities safe, but we cannot guarantee the site is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
